The Auto-Dril Pit Volume system is an expansion module for the Auto-Dril Navigator Pro® and can monitor up to 12 additional
channels including, active suction pit, sand trap, mixing and water tanks with single or double trip tanks. Mud flow in is calculated from
pump strokes and pump efficiency and mud flow out is measured directly by a mud flow paddle in the ditch line and the difference monitored for potential losses or gains.
The Navigator Pro software has full alarm features for active pit volume, total pit and mud flow out percentage. A range of configurable graphical output screens for all pits, mud flows and trip tank monitoring are provided.
